Delivery

• In stock at our depot: delivered within 7 days of your order being confirmed. We agree the exact date with you before the truck is booked.
• On order from the factory: machines built to order can take up to 3 months from confirmation. We give you a date before you commit and keep you posted as the machine ships, lands and clears our checks.
• Attachments and parts: dispatched from UK stock, normally with you in two to three working days.

Machine delivery is quoted for your postcode on the confirmation call, before you pay anything. The price depends on distance from Exeter and how many machines are on the load. Attachments ordered with a machine travel on the same truck at no extra cost. Attachments ordered on their own are sent by courier and the charge is confirmed before dispatch.

Machines arrive on a plant truck or trailer and are offloaded by ramp. To make that safe we need:

• Firm, level ground to offload onto, with room for the truck to get in and out.
• Clear access for a large vehicle: no low bridges, tight gates or soft verges on the approach.
• Someone there to receive the machine, check it over with the driver and sign for it.

If access is tricky, tell us when we call and we will plan around it. Please note any damage on the delivery paperwork and let us know within 48 hours, with photos, so we can put it right.

You are always welcome to collect. Bring a suitable trailer and we will load you up, run through the machine with you and hand over the paperwork. Collections are by appointment so the machine is ready and the right person is there.

Risk in the machine passes to you when it is offloaded at your address or loaded onto your transport. Ownership passes once we have received payment in full. See our terms of sale.
